Yeah, I think the dumbbell snatches, you probably just have to try and cycle a little bit quicker. I think most of the time it’s probably made up on the burpees as you just saw with Grace and Caitlin Calin was moving the dumbbell really fast, but Grace’s burpees were just crazy quick. So I think the dumbbells, you could probably move a bit quicker and then I should have just stayed a little bit lower over the burpee rather than kind of standing up as tall as I did.

Yeah, I’ve always been good at the double leg and I feel like when I do one leg I get confused. So it was just easier to do the double leg.
