Sevan Matossian (00:00):

Special icon that bam, we’re live. I’m gonna see if I put a, I’m gonna see if send you a text. Do do I swipe left or right or something? Is that how I do it?

Caleb Beaver (00:09):

No, it should just be like a click and hold

Sevan Matossian (00:12):

Test. Okay. Now I’m holding onto the, what I just sent. Oh, Unsend.

Caleb Beaver (00:18):

Yeah.

Sevan Matossian (00:19):

Holy shit. There must be some sort of window.

Caleb Beaver (00:25):

Maybe.

Sevan Matossian (00:27):

Crazy. I think I sent Dion the link.

Caleb Beaver (00:32):

Yeah, he did.

Sevan Matossian (00:34):

Good morning. Bruce Spiegel. I did.

Caleb Beaver (00:37):

Yeah.

Sevan Matossian (00:38):

Bruce Wayne Spiegel. Bruce Wayne. Bruce Wayne. Bruce. Wayne Kenneth. The lap. Spiegel out out odd. Audrey. Audrey. Good morning. She’s here. Brandon Waddell. Hey, thanks for sending me. You snatching 125 pounds on with one hand with a barbell dickhead. Wanna see it? Let’s see if I have it here. Yeah. Oh no. Maybe I put it in my life calling show <affirmative>. That’s pretty. Yeah, it is actually pretty impressive. Jamie LaMer.

Caleb Beaver (01:14):

Oh, don’t sell him short. It was 1 35.

Sevan Matossian (01:17):

Oh, is that what he said? What I say 1 25?

Caleb Beaver (01:22):

Yeah.

Sevan Matossian (01:23):

Being, by the way, he looks much better in this video than he does in his profile. Pick. Let’s see. How can this thing won’t scroll down? Okay, Vindicate. Good morning, Travis Savon. Need to get your shit together for tomorrow. Okay. There’s no way I’m getting my shit together by tomorrow. It’s gonna be just gonna, What’s that called? Trial by fire.

Caleb Beaver (01:46):

<affirmative> got your pants.

Sevan Matossian (01:49):

Casual sender. Good morning. I saw. Good morning Wad. Zombie. Good morning. I saw something. So Corey, good morning. I saw something so funny in the comments. It’s, It’s a brilliant comment that show I did where we talked about tattoos, we talked about Jason Grubb’s tattoos. Someone wrote a tattoo is a permanent record of an impermanent thought.

Caleb Beaver (02:18):

I know. And as soon as I read that, I said, Shut the fuck up,

Sevan Matossian (02:22):

<laugh>. And I wrote, Brilliant.

Caleb Beaver (02:25):

I know.

Sevan Matossian (02:28):

Oh yes. See we have a very dynamic and open show, Caleb and I don’t see eye to eye on most things. You see

Caleb Beaver (02:34):

That? It’s such an old person thing.

Sevan Matossian (02:36):

Yeah, the guy does look like he’s like three years older than me.

Caleb Beaver (02:41):

Somebody, my brother-in-law sent me a text or something and it said old people and they’re out. And I see somebody with tattoos and they’re like, That guy must sniff weed. Or something like that.

Sevan Matossian (02:52):

Sniff weed.

Caleb Beaver (02:53):

Yeah.

Sevan Matossian (02:55):

Okay, let’s just dig in. Tomorrow’s fight first, let’s pull up the card. Tomorrow’s card is absolutely insane. I’ll go through them really quick. I saw one of the guys, at least one of the guys had been on the show before. I wish I was more up to speed. I’ve been really just I have so few things going on in my life, but just all of them are so full. So many things are falling through the crack. I should have had this guy on. If we go over to the early prelims you will see that they start at 3:00 PM Pacific Standard time tomorrow. Oh my goodness. Look at ’em. Oh, you look so young. You look so young.

Darian Weeks (03:37):

I saved it off.

Sevan Matossian (03:38):

You look so young.

Darian Weeks (03:40):

I figured if I can’t grow a beard like Sianna, I shouldn’t deserve to have

Sevan Matossian (03:44):

One. You look so young. Darion weeks in the house. How you doing brother?

Darian Weeks (03:49):

I’m doing good. How you guys

Sevan Matossian (03:51):

Doing? Good. You look swell.

Darian Weeks (03:53):

I’m feel swell.

Sevan Matossian (03:54):

Yeah. Good. You’ve been going hard. Going

Darian Weeks (03:57):

Hard as I can. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Been changing some things up about my workouts and just kind of slow focusing on some things. But

Sevan Matossian (04:08):

Should we talk about the difficult subject first?

Darian Weeks (04:10):

Yeah. Might as well bite the bullet

Sevan Matossian (04:12):

First. Let’s do it. So I have you in my Google alerts and I gotta notice that the UFC released some of its fighters and it hurt my heart a little bit. Probably not as much as your heart to see that you would let go. What happened? How does that happen?

Darian Weeks (04:28):

The UFC is based on who brings in the most showmanship. They’re about, oh, showmanship. And lastly, they’re about wins. And obviously we know that I didn’t have too many of those.

Sevan Matossian (04:43):

You went into the UFC five and Oh

Darian Weeks (04:45):

Yeah.

Sevan Matossian (04:46):

And then you had three losses.

Darian Weeks (04:49):

Three losses. And

Sevan Matossian (04:51):

Not by knockout. All by decision.

Darian Weeks (04:53):

All by decision. Which that made me think just maybe they were like, Oh, let’s this kid’s filling hisself out. Or especially being five and oh coming in with such a low record. Not many people in the UFC have that. They’re all 16 and two and stuff like that. But I don’t know. Just couldn’t get things going right on that one. So I mean, we still push forward. I mean I still got a huge career left ahead of me, you know what I mean? I feel like I’ll make it back there easily. You know what I mean?

Sevan Matossian (05:35):

It’s happened. It’s happened.

Darian Weeks (05:36):

Yeah, it definitely has. So the next two years, I’m just focusing on 10 wins and mma. I want to get at least two or three belts and one of these lower promotions, Fury, ffc, lfa C ffc, fac. Just kind of take these belts from these lower promotions and make some money while doing it. I’m gonna do some boxing, I’m gonna do some bare knuckle. I’m gonna explore this whole fighting career that I still have because once you’re in the ufc, it limits you to only ufc. Right now I feel like it’s a blessing and a curse. I wanted to be in the ufc. Everyone wants to be in UFC as long as they can, but since I’m not, I might as well dabble in all of these other places that offer big promotion and big money. So let’s go beat some people up for some dollar signs.

Sevan Matossian (06:32):

Is it gonna be hard finding fights for you because you are on a different level than some of the other guys in the other promotions? Are people gonna be avoiding you?

Darian Weeks (06:43):

I think yes and no People, Some people will be avoiding me, but the people I want to fight me will fight me because they want to

Sevan Matossian (06:53):

Fight the guy who is in the UFC

Darian Weeks (06:55):

Fight. The guy who’s in show, I can be in the ufc. You know what I mean? So that’s why I mostly said let go for these belt fights and these promotions. So cuz they will be like, Oh, if I fight this guy for the belt and I beat him, he used to be in the ufc, maybe I’ll be in the ufc, but I’m gonna put these little pussies to sleep. They just didn’t know that most of these UFC fighters, except for Barbara Rayner ran from me.

Sevan Matossian (07:15):

Yeah, I, I wonder when you talk about a lot of fights, as I was researching Izzy, he had 32 amateur kickboxing fights, 80 professional kickboxing fights, a bunch of other shit mean he went into the UFC with, I don’t know, I’m make for sure a hundred fights, but maybe 200 fights.

Darian Weeks (07:37):

Yeah. And had, there’s so many people in there that just has an exponential amount of experience more than I did. And I was willing to go in there and stay in toe to toe to the opponent that I had and bang it out. So with that being said, I mean, like I said, I have huge career. I’m about to take off from here. As you say, I switched some things up. I look swell. We just changed some training mechanisms around we’re gonna travel to more gyms get more looks. I think that’s probably the most that affected what I had in the UFC is the amount of looks I had for camp. I didn’t have that many different athletes. I didn’t have things like that. So we’re gonna try and get people of all sorts. I mean, I guess we can’t get Ian Gary right now just because he’s in the hospital, but when he gets out, we’ll slide up there to Sanford and just try to get as many looks as I can. Kickboxing looks, wrestling looks. I’m about to hopefully get a chance to wrestle Jayden Cox in a couple weeks, do some rounds with him. So we’re just gonna be, I mean,

Sevan Matossian (08:55):

So it’s lit a fire under you?

Darian Weeks (08:57):

Oh yeah, for sure. For sure. And I hate to say this, but I mean, I gotta be honest, when I got to ufc, there’s a part of me that was just like, Oh, okay, we made it. You know what I mean? And I really felt that part of me, the first UFC fight I had with Barbara Rena I was in there and

Sevan Matossian (09:18):

Which is crazy for a first fight.

Darian Weeks (09:20):

And I was in there too and we were banging back and forth and I could feel it as I’m hidden with him, I’m like, I could turn up the heat, but I made it. You know what I mean? This is our first one. It’s on three days notice and kind of excuse myself out of the win, you know what I mean? And just, oh, let’s just bang around here. And so I think maybe for the best in the long term, and maybe God sees it too, that he’s like, Hey, maybe you need to go back a step so you can be the person that you used to be. Because started off my career, I mean five finishes, I didn’t give nobody a chance to breathe when I was in the ring. And then we get there and it was just, I don’t know, autopilot kind of.

Sevan Matossian (10:05):

So Dion is there. There’s always that chance that they’ll need a last minute fighter

Darian Weeks (10:12):

Always. I mean, I’m always down for that, you know what I mean? Especially if it’s somebody that’s willing to stand in there and punch. For sure. Yes, please get me. I will, I will. And I think that the management team I have will be quickly to put my name into the pot. But until then, I mean I’m really excited

Sevan Matossian (10:36):

About, Do you have another fight scheduled already?

Darian Weeks (10:39):

No, not yet. I was gonna do a bare knuckle, but it was just seemed too close. And I want to be able to, in these other promotions, really make a statement. So I don’t want anything to be rushed. As of right now, this is my career. So we’re not doing it for money, we’re doing it for the buildup. So I wanna make sure every block is plastered perfectly and put in position and then we’re just gonna build this wall of success.

Sevan Matossian (11:07):

Awesome. You man. I love that. 10 and oh coming up. Bam. Good morning. All my seven on is good morning Jody. So if we look at the card, it is an incredible card in the Earlys. We had Mike Triano on the show before and he is fighting. I think the records of these guys are insane, even in the undercard. And if you look at the women’s straw weight, it’s the one right before the main fight. You have Carolina Co. Oh, I can’t even pronounce her last name. Koz. That’s a fight to watch. Yeah,

Darian Weeks (11:49):

She’s, she’s always been one of my favorite fighters. And the thing is too, I’ve always thought she never looks like a fighter. She looks like someone who’s all dolled up and should be somebody’s wife. And yet she goes in there and punches and gets fucking cut open and all types of shit.

Sevan Matossian (12:08):

Yeah, I wanna say maybe even she came into, Oh, she’s 37.

Darian Weeks (12:12):

Yeah, she’s up there for sure.

Sevan Matossian (12:15):

Wow. Anyway, that’s gonna be a fight you wanna watch. And then this fight up above with Matt Fravala and Ottman aar, that is gonna be a nasty battle.

Darian Weeks (12:26):

A battle. Yeah, they have, and they set this card up perfectly. I mean this card is just, they knew having Israel Osiah, not only that as Coade event Dust Poer and Michael Chandler. I mean they had to make this card a STA card

Sevan Matossian (12:43):

Dog. You got a dog, What do you got? What do you got?

Darian Weeks (12:46):

You heard me doing that?

Sevan Matossian (12:47):

Yeah. What do you got? What kind of dog? Is it new?

Darian Weeks (12:50):

No no, it’s not new. He’s the same old dog. What’d you put him outside? Did you put Enzo outside? Yeah. Oh yeah. No, he’s too crazy.

Sevan Matossian (13:00):

And then you’re going to come over to the prelims and it’s another insane card. Andre Petroski. I don’t know if she won the Ultimate Fighter, but he was definitely in the final. Did he win it, do you know?

Darian Weeks (13:17):

I don’t know if he won the Ultimate Fighter. I don’t know if, I don’t think he did

Sevan Matossian (13:22):

An Insane Wrestler. That’s gonna be a war against Wellington.

Darian Weeks (13:25):

Looking at his record, I definitely don’t think he won the Ultimate Fighter. I mean, he would have more wins than that if he won it. Man, it’s been a awhile since I seen Dominic Reyes fight.

Sevan Matossian (13:36):

Yeah, right. Oh wait, before we get to him. I know, that’s exciting. I’m excited. So this other fight above with Aaron Blanchfield and Molly McCann. Molly McCann is all has, I don’t, don’t wanna take anything away from her. She’s a very impressive fighter, but she kind of got a lot of her fame piggybacking, most of her fame, piggybacking off of Patty the

Darian Weeks (13:54):

Batty. Yeah, because she was in the USC before Patty, right?

Sevan Matossian (13:57):

Oh,

Darian Weeks (13:59):

I think she was in the UFC before Patty. I think she had a couple decision losses maybe. I don’t know. And then he came in and it was just both of them, Patty and fucking Molly just doing damage. But I really,

Sevan Matossian (14:15):

And they were draining together and always on the same card.

Darian Weeks (14:17):

Yeah. And then I did I see your girlfriend is her girlfriend in Bellator.

Sevan Matossian (14:24):

Yeah. And I don’t know if, I was trying to figure out yesterday if that’s her girlfriend, the tall, beautiful lady who’s the commentator. Yeah. And yeah, I couldn’t tell that lady’s a commentator and a fighter.

Darian Weeks (14:33):

Yeah. Yeah. She

Sevan Matossian (14:36):

Looks like a supermodel.

Darian Weeks (14:36):

She definitely does. And I couldn’t, I couldn’t tell either. I couldn’t tell if she said it was her girlfriend or if it was They’re both lesbians, I’ll tell you that

Sevan Matossian (14:45):

They are.

Darian Weeks (14:46):

Yeah, I’m pretty

Sevan Matossian (14:47):

Sure. Well, I heard her say it’s the love of her life and then also say it’s her sister. Yeah. Right here. And that’s not, that picture doesn’t even do her justice.

Darian Weeks (14:56):

Yeah, not at all. Yeah. But look how they were all cuddled up together though. That seems each other. They did. She did those fucking teeth in her fucking face.

Sevan Matossian (15:08):

And look at those. They got matching baller watches.

Darian Weeks (15:12):

Oh yeah, they do. Damn.

Sevan Matossian (15:14):

Molly took her for fight night money and

Darian Weeks (15:18):

Baller watches. Yeah. Do you think those are Rolexes?

Sevan Matossian (15:21):

I don’t know, but I suspect something just because the way they have ’em front and center, like that

Darian Weeks (15:25):

Front and center, we’re out here getting fucking paid. By

Sevan Matossian (15:29):

The way Darien, that shirt that Molly’s wearing, you would rock the shit out of that. You would, if you put that on, you would kill it.

Darian Weeks (15:36):

Especially since I have just as much just facial hair as she does now. So I’ll be fucking

Sevan Matossian (15:40):

<laugh>. I mean, that is a nice shirt. Anyway, that’s gonna be a great fight to watch. I’m really curious how she’s gonna perform without Patty being on the card. She comes out like a maniac.

Darian Weeks (15:52):

I wouldn’t even be surprised if Patty wasn’t in her corner though.

Sevan Matossian (15:56):

Okay, fair.

Darian Weeks (15:59):

It still does. It’s different to have some fighter in her corner than fight or fight on the same card and hyping you up. You know what I mean? But it’d be exciting. She goes first anyway on the cards that they fight on anyway. So maybe she didn’t need

Sevan Matossian (16:13):

Him. And would Patty come there for himself to continue building the hype train and stay in the scene? Or does he come for her or both?

Darian Weeks (16:21):

I think it comes for both. I think being there with her builds his hype. Like you said, they ride, she kind of rides off his coattails, but they’ve been kind of known as the double duo. So to see them together is gonna bring more publicity than to just see, oh, it’s Molly McCann. So I feel like they kind of need each other now at this point. Their energy feeds off each other. Not only that, their popularity does now too.

Sevan Matossian (16:54):

Next on the prelim card, which starts tomorrow night at 5:00 PM we have Dominic Reyes versus Ryan Span. And I hope that Darien’s not gonna beat me up for saying this, but Dominic Reyes is the only man in the UFC to have beaten John Jones. Darion. <affirmative>, I mean <laugh>, he didn’t get the W, but I wanna give him three rounds, buddy. I wanna give him three rounds.

Darian Weeks (17:19):

I’ll give you that. I’ll give you, I’ll give you that. But as always said, especially when you’re dealing with champions, if you’re gonna beat the champion, you gotta fucking beat him all the way to the end.

Sevan Matossian (17:32):

And he did lose the fifth round.

Darian Weeks (17:34):

Yeah. And no one’s gonna want to give you the fight if you don’t beat him all the way to the end. No one’s gonna give you a split decision against a reigning champion who’s beat everyone in the division.

Sevan Matossian (17:48):

And then here’s the problem with Dominic Rees up until, So scroll down a little more. Thanks for pulling this up, Caleb, this is great. I wanna show you this terror. This guy went on this guy. Can you scroll down a little bit, Caleb, so we can see Start at the bottom of where his winds start.

Darian Weeks (18:08):

Yeah, I mean

Sevan Matossian (18:09):

That’s

Darian Weeks (18:10):

It. Oh no, no.

Sevan Matossian (18:11):

Oh, okay. Jose Rivas, Jesse Glass, Kelly Gray Tyler Smith Marcus Govan, Jordan Powell Yaman Christensen Jeremy Kimball. These are all first round except for one knockouts. Jared Cannonier

Darian Weeks (18:29):

Knockout. He knocked him out.

Sevan Matossian (18:30):

Yeah.

Darian Weeks (18:32):

That’s crazy. That’s wild. I didn’t know that.

Sevan Matossian (18:36):

Vin Stru, what was, what’s that guy’s name?

Darian Weeks (18:39):

Yeah, Vin Stru. Yeah.

Sevan Matossian (18:41):

Went to decision. Volcan Emir. That was when Emir was in his prime. Chris Wideman. These are all wins. It was scary. He looked like a Marvel superhero where if his glove touched your face, you died.

Darian Weeks (18:55):

He died. And that’s why I feel like, and if you see it, he only had four to five fights in the UFC before they put him up against John Jones. Why would you do that? You know what I mean? Not to say that he couldn’t take John Jones, but I definitely think they should have. He could be championed right now if they would’ve waited out three more fights. You know what I mean?

Sevan Matossian (19:17):

Then the problem starts, he fights Johns Jones, he has an amazing fight. And then these next two guys kill. Just kill him.

Darian Weeks (19:24):

Kill him.

Sevan Matossian (19:26):

And Dominic Reyes has a weird training. Have you ever heard about his, He trains by himself. He doesn’t even go to an MMA gym. He has one of those gyms where you put the cart in and he owns the gym and people can come 24 hours a day. Yeah, that’s the trains in just one of those. Just like a fucking machine gym.

Darian Weeks (19:43):

That’s weird. With

Sevan Matossian (19:44):

The fighting gear in the back, as I recall,

Darian Weeks (19:47):

I feel like if you’re fighting at this level, you need bodies. You need people who are gonna kind of test your game plan. I would never, ever not train with another person.

Sevan Matossian (20:01):

And Yuri, Yuri, I think you may have been training with other people, but just not high level people. But I did see him recently with Alex Perrera training, which

Darian Weeks (20:12):

Is interesting. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. I did see them together because they look the same exact fucking size. Yes. Actually per looks bigger than him and fights at 180 5.

Sevan Matossian (20:22):

Yeah, we’ll get to that. Perra is the only guy in glory to have, or he was the first guy ever in glory to get to. There’s Alex on the right there. You see how huge he is.

Darian Weeks (20:31):

Who else is in there? Zoom in.

Sevan Matossian (20:36):

I don’t even see, I don’t even see go over in there,

Darian Weeks (20:39):

Dude. I don’t see anyone else in there actually.

Sevan Matossian (20:44):

But oh, and that guy’s wearing the pit shirt. I wonder if that’s in Maine or if that’s at the pit in San Lu Obispo, California. That guy’s wearing the what’s it John Hackleman Jim shirt. So that Dominic greatest fight’s gonna be something else guys. This is kind of like a moment of truth for what looked to be was gonna be one of the greatest fighters of all time who hit a major stumbling block

Darian Weeks (21:09):

Major. And I think it all started with, and I don’t know, I think he let that John Jones fight defeat his confidence rather than build it build if you almost beat John Jones, you know what I mean? And most people said you did go crazy. You know what I mean? You should be feeling yourself as the greatest fighter in the world.

Sevan Matossian (21:30):

I think Dominic Reyes had professional football aspirations and then he pivoted, took that fitness and that athleticism to fighting Good fight. That could be the main card. Main event. Not for a pay per view, but for a fight night for sure.

Darian Weeks (21:47):

For a fight night for sure. Yeah, I can see that. Which he’d be on his be in that position to be main event for Fight Night, but got fucked

Sevan Matossian (21:58):

Up. And then lightweight. I don’t Brad Riddell versus Rendo. Moy Cono. Mo Cono is fucking as tough as they come. He’s a fucking killer. I wanna say he didn’t, He just destroy Club Club Club Swanson, could you go over to Rama’s record? He’s a savage dude.

Darian Weeks (22:20):

Yeah, 16 and five.

Sevan Matossian (22:22):

Yeah, he’s really aggressive. He fights like a guy who’s lightweights. 1 55. 1 54.

Darian Weeks (22:28):

Yeah. 1 55 By

Sevan Matossian (22:30):

What? And I feel like he fights at the speed of the guys who are more like Bantom weight.

Darian Weeks (22:34):

Oh yeah. 1 35.

Sevan Matossian (22:36):

Yeah, he is something else. So his last fight was a lost to Rafael Doos. He beat Alex Hernandez Ya Herbert. Oh, that’s a tough fight. He fought Rafael Fazi, who’s definitely a number one contender.

Darian Weeks (22:51):

Hell yeah.

Sevan Matossian (22:53):

Deir Hoick beat him. Chan Sung Ung. I don’t know who that is. Fought Jose Aldo. I mean this guy’s Cub Swanson. So this guy’s fought in the best of this Cal. He beat Calvin Cater.

Darian Weeks (23:04):

Dang.

Sevan Matossian (23:05):

So that must have been at 1 45. Right. So he’s gone up

Darian Weeks (23:08):

And wait. Yeah, he must have gone up and Oh yeah, he beat, Yeah. That boy Calvin cater. That boy Cav cater too. He’s on a made me mad about that last fight. I really felt like that was gonna be a crazy performance for him. But his

Sevan Matossian (23:22):

Knee, that dude from England’s good. Right?

Darian Weeks (23:23):

That dude is from England is good, but I, man,

Sevan Matossian (23:26):

I think he punches hard, Dude.

Darian Weeks (23:28):

I think he does. His back is enormous. Yeah, you can see it from his front. You know what his name

Sevan Matossian (23:35):

Alex Anderson or something. What was that guy’s

Darian Weeks (23:36):

Name? I don’t know. I’m not a hundred percent sure

Sevan Matossian (23:39):

On that. Lost to Brian Ortega beat Jeremy Stevens beat some guy with Togo tuck gov that, I mean, look at all these wins. But his losses, every one of his losses is to the best of the best. Yeah. He’s listen to Jose Aldos

Darian Weeks (23:58):

Before that he was untouchable. Look at that. And all those other lower promotions he just dominated. Yeah.

Sevan Matossian (24:03):

This is a special man. So early prelims worth Oh sorry. Prelims worth watching. Early prelims worth watching and prelims worth watching for

Darian Weeks (24:12):

Those. The, That’s the main event of the prelims. That one?

Sevan Matossian (24:15):

Yeah.

Darian Weeks (24:16):

Oh, okay. Yeah. Yeah. I could see that going good. Rafael Desant, speaking of him, freaking Barber is about to fight Rafael de Sans.

Sevan Matossian (24:24):

Where?

Darian Weeks (24:25):

I don’t know, But in the

Sevan Matossian (24:27):

Ufc?

Darian Weeks (24:28):

Yeah, In the ufc. Yeah. It may be in Brazil. I don’t know. But

Sevan Matossian (24:32):

At what weight?

Darian Weeks (24:33):

One 70 I think. I mean I’m not sure that Barbara could make 1 55. I

Sevan Matossian (24:38):

Thought Rafael Dos was going down. I thought he was fighting 1 55.

Darian Weeks (24:42):

I don’t know. Maybe it was just a fight to mate. What are they fighting at Welcher? Wait. Yeah, Coate. And they’re the co-main event. It’s gonna be in Vegas actually then if a Coade event.

Sevan Matossian (24:53):

Wow. Yeah. How do you know that when you see com? Oh, because if it was in Brazil, they’d make it the main event?

Darian Weeks (24:59):

No, if it was in Brazil, they’d probably be on the Undercard.

Sevan Matossian (25:02):

Oh, okay.

Darian Weeks (25:04):

Or they might be on the main card. Especially since Robbie Lawler got knocked out by Barbara. But it would not be co-Main event. It would definitely be, And also it says UFC fight nights. So any of the fight nights are always at the apex.

Sevan Matossian (25:21):

Okay let’s start with showing that video. It says Open hype video at the top there. Mr. Beaver. Oh, before we go there, Sorry, before we go there, I wanna show you one thing. Jake Paul and Andrew Tate.

Darian Weeks (25:38):

Yes. I want this to happen because I don’t care about either of them.

Sevan Matossian (25:44):

Andrew Tate’s gonna get knocked out of the ring, isn’t he? You

Darian Weeks (25:47):

Think so? Andrew Tate used to be a fighter

Sevan Matossian (25:50):

Dude, Jake looks so real these days.

Darian Weeks (25:53):

He, Hey. And you know what? That’s, I said, you know what Savanna, you’re right. I’m gonna disagree with you because I told people you bet against Jake Paul every time and he always win. You might as well just put your money on the house.

Sevan Matossian (26:06):

And he’s starting to move really like a fighter.

Darian Weeks (26:11):

He is. Now I will say there’s speculations that the fight with Anderson Silva was ready to

Sevan Matossian (26:22):

Go. I’m not buying it. What do you think? I’m not buying it. Are you buying it?

Darian Weeks (26:24):

This is the only thing that makes it really weird that before that fight at the press conference a week out Jake Paul made a bet, a wager. He always makes a little wager on his fights. And his wager was if Anna Sil if, and Anderson Silver wins, I forget what he says, but he made it something like, really my news he’ll do something really like, it was stupid. But Jake Paul said if Jake Paul won that him and Anderson would go into partnership together and create a organization to help all MMA fighters get paid more money. That’s really what the bet was if Jake Paul won. So, Oh, that is the only thing that made me feel like, what? This is the bet that he made. And then he ends up winning against not only that, one of the greatest fighters who freaking, I mean elusive

Sevan Matossian (27:26):

As fuck, elusive as fuck. Great head movement. I

Darian Weeks (27:29):

Anderson Silver Caesar Chavez and made him look like he ain’t never boxed a day in his life.

Sevan Matossian (27:34):

Wow. Wow. I remember that fight. Yeah.

Darian Weeks (27:37):

So to think that Jake Paul is not, I’m not putting anything beside Jake Paul. He’s a fighter. He’s great, but

Sevan Matossian (27:45):

Hey, we need to see Jake Paul against Cesar Chavez Jr. Once he takes his mouth off the bong.

Darian Weeks (27:49):

Hell yeah. <laugh>. What do you mean mouth off the bong? What hap what’s with

Sevan Matossian (27:53):

Him? Oh, that dude. I feel like that dude, whatever. One of his fights was this great fight and he popped for we, but I think that dude just wake and bakes and it’s, I think when the second he gets up in the morning to the second he goes to bed tonight, he’s just ripping the bong,

Darian Weeks (28:06):

Ripping the, Oh, I believe that. I believe that. Oh, since I haven’t been on here and I need to ask, I need to see what your true opinion was please about the Peter Ya and O’Malley flight. What was your true opinion?

Sevan Matossian (28:22):

I think O’Malley won. You don’t think so? Here’s the only reason why. I don’t think he did. I don’t think p I don’t think Sean O’Malley thinks he won.

Darian Weeks (28:34):

That’s that. That’s the main reason why I don’t think he won.

Sevan Matossian (28:37):

Yeah. That part was hard for me watching him in that space, even though I’m not a Sean O’Malley fan. Yeah. I felt bad for him.

Darian Weeks (28:45):

And I feel like, man, I just feel like they don’t give, take the algebra control time, the

Sevan Matossian (28:54):

Type of Oh, you’re

Darian Weeks (28:55):

Right. The type of credit that they really earn. You know what I’m saying?

Sevan Matossian (28:58):

They’ve been talking a lot about that. Now, I don’t know if something changed in the judging, but they’re basically saying if you take a dude down and you don’t ground and pound the fuck out of ’em, they ain’t giving you shit. He

Darian Weeks (29:07):

Ain’t shit. Yeah. Yeah. And I just thought just the type of freaking pressure that Yan kept on O’Malley, and I mean, don’t get me wrong, that last round kind of got stable and they were trading back and forth.

Sevan Matossian (29:24):

Everyone agrees with you in the comments.

Darian Weeks (29:25):

I see this. I know. Yeah. I, it, it looked like that not only only did it not only get points with what you Yeah. I mean, but still even after that take down, he was controlling the dog out of him. He wasn’t hitting as much as he was supposed to, but I felt like he was doing good. Some good control. But I felt like OAL definitely showed he should be fight the fight the top 10. Right. Are you surprised O’Malley did as well as he did.
