So it was kind of old school, uh, CrossFit inspired from when there wasn’t all this fancy equipment.

So this one having to do six, if they are from a seated position and if they are at least 15 feet or higher, that’s gonna be probably eight to 10 poles for most of them just to 15 feet. And remember we talked about on.com. We did our predictions that seated rope climbs were on seated legless, preferably a L position were on main site within two weeks before the games.
